Excellent customer service from all I encountered, especially Carol. There is not any more to say, I brought the car in for inspection , etc. I was given a loaner car, 400 series Grand Coup, which I loved! Was able pick my car up the next day. All is well!

Car needed service bc it was shorting out. I called the service dept first thing and they took me in right away l, provided me with an adequate loaner for the day and car was fixed the same day. Service was amazing and on point. Reason why I went with BMW instead of another Ranger Rover bc their service dept is horrible.
