Perfect customer service. I was told that they are really good but that was just an understatement. They treat you like gold. I went there just for an oil change and all I have to say is I wish I had bought my car from them.

I found my experience with the service department at Rallye BMW to be superb.The service advisor Sandy represented her company in nothing less then a 5 star manner from drop-off to pick-up and the tech Pasqual addressed my problem to my complete satisfaction. The BMW part of our family hopes Rallye can keep a 5 star rating going into the future.

My sales advisor Hasan Barakat and the team at Rallye BMW were all very professional knowledgable and provided the highest level of customer service. Everything went well. I book the appointment online and got a phone call that that time wasn't available with a loaner so we scheduled a time that was. Everything went well at the dealership.
Fast and efficient took car in at scheduled time and took great care of vehicle took care of future service that was required soon as well as washed car. While waited talked about future cars for sale.
As soon as you drive in for service, you are immediately welcomed by a flat screen with your name on it. They know your time is valuable. Within seconds, your advisor comes out to greet you. If you need a loaner car, the department accomodates your needs through their iPads. And you are on your way in minutes!! If you need to stay, the lounge is great with free coffee as well as food to purchase. If you are in the mood to shop, the boutique has unique apparel.
As crazy as this sounds, sometimes I look forward to having to bring my cars in for service. Everyone from the techs who welcome you to the service advisors to the service desk when you pick up your car - everyone has been a pleasure. Service advisor James Delevecchio is the best !!!
