was called to schedule maintenance appointment,,,greeted cordially, service and timing explained....service completed in less time than initially suggested....very pleased with this experience
car was delayed due to lack of part and then when finally got the part it was delayed again...BUT the service manager was GREAT!!!!!!!!! She was so attentive and so nice I would rate her a 10 of 10!

Took my car without an appointment. Diagnosed it very quickly. Repaired it and did annual checkup within 24 hours. Arranged for a loaner. All staff are very personable and easy to work with.
generally easy to work with but needs a little patience as they can be very busy. accommodating when i had a somewhat difficult issue. car didn't need much attention which made it easier.
It was a 1st service and inspection. There was nothing unusual requiring mention here. The service was adequate and the experience overall was as usual.
