Friendly and helpful service associates. Taken on time of scheduled appointment. Associate kept me informed and service completed in time frame promised. Efficient and competent service.
Was able to get an insepction 1pm on the friday before memorial day without an appointment. Was there under an hour. I was actually hoping it would tale longer as I was in the middle of a nap whne they called me!!

I always receive excellent service from the Rallye team. Chris has been my service contact since 2004 when I purchased my 1st car. on my 3rd now. I would recommend both sales team and service team. Rallye is not the closest BMW to my home. I have one 4 miles away but do not like their sales team.
Courteous, friendly service, extremely helpful in an emergency when I had to leave before the work on my car was completed. I was in a loaner in less than 5 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the quality of work on my car, maintenance, repairs and new accessories installation.
Our Service writer Gianni Marini was excellent!!! He kept us informed throughout the process and was even ready to have the car delivered back to us due to our busy schedule. Wish all service writers were as professional as he was!!!!!
Annual service on my BMW. Excellent reception, excellent advisor, perfect explanations of service needed, and job was completed on time. BMW service is expensive and so was the car so that part is acceptable and thanks to service it keeps working up to standard.
Working with Nick was a complete pleasure. When an issue came up with a recall issue, he was up front, communicative and did everything he could to get the car in my hands as quickly as possible. He delivered as promised.
