while it was nice that they can monitor the car and contact me to let me know service is due, that is just smart sales. the real customer service touch i appreciated was that the staff was attuned to getting my car in and me out in the clean loaner in a professional (love the guys are dressed so well) and efficient manner. another nice touch was the young man who changed the loaner i was getting as we walked towards the car. behind the one i was assigned was a convertible. when i commented on how next time i have to remember... read more

first visit for car I purchased from them back in Nov. 2015. easy to make the appointment. I had a special circumstance which I explained and they were more than accommodating. the SA (Chris)was VERY knowledgeable. So far so good, from sale to service...and I drive 1.5 hours from Westchester County.
