the service appointment was for an encore review of the car's features our representative was very professional and knowledgeable in the cars operations we were very satisfied
Rallye staff are courteous and professional individuals. They strive to satisfy their customers. Briefly they cheer you up when you report a problem or just visit for regular service. They constantly exceed your expectation.
While I did not buy my BMW from Rallye BMW, I brought it into service. I have had other Rallye cars most notably an Acura for the past 6 years. I always found the service at Rallye good but the Rallye BMW dealer takes it to the next level.
The service at Rallye is amazing.. My service provider Adam was kind, friendly and very attentive. I waited for my vehicle. Adam made sure my vehicle was ready in a timely fashion. The car was also washed and vacuumed.
Matt always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is excellent for his customers. I was having a lot of trouble with my 640xi and Matt did everything in his power to correct and better the problem. Very personable - Great guy!
Dominick Dechiara was superb. Just an excellent professional, low key, comfortable experience. I like returning to Rallye so much so accommodating & enjoyable-often not an enjoyable experience elsewhere
I love how everyone is so efficient there. Not only you dont wait in line to get your vehicle picked up, you also get it serviced fast. On the other hand you dont get to enjoy their loaner vehicles as much which are always clean and ready to go when you drop off your car. My car is CPO and they treat it like a new car. Free car wash is always a pleasant surprise when you dont expect it.
I always enjoy bringing my vehicle in.Gianni makes it painless. We never have an issue. Everything goes smoothly and quickly. It is a great place
Very attentive to all of your needs from the person who takes your car to the cashier. Every time they perform in this manner. It's actually enjoyable coming to the dealership.
