Corinne was very helpful and insightful throughout this entire process Including helping us decide which features to include and giving us different options for various models based on our needs. She went above and beyond from frequent communication and check ins during the process to even personally delivering our ski rack we left on the car to our house which was out of her way, in Brooklyn. I purchased my second BMW from Rallye. My first experience was great considering the horrible experience I had at other dealerships. Since my first car experience at Rallye was so good I decided to get my second car there. My salesman (Robert Chae) was wonderful, he was always available to me before and after I got my car. I definitely recommend Rallye and Robert.

The first time I walked into Rallye BMW, I was skeptical. It's a big facility with expensive cars; I thought they would be arrogant and condescending. In truth, they were polite, informative and accommodating. I just bought my second BMW from Rallye, and I couldn't be more satisfied. While competing dealerships were trying to woo me on price, the Rallye team kept me with superior service and account management. I highly recommend Rallye BMW for anyone in the market for a luxury car.
I have been dealing with Rallye BMW for several years, each experience with them is more pleasant than the next. Joel Sobin is the gentleman that I deal with, he is truly an incredible person who is not only knowledgeable but is extremely pleasant and professional to deal with. An amazing experience overall. I went for a change oil service and fuel system cleaning for my BMW 528XI 2014 with Carol's assistance. She had a professional approach and a sincere and pleasant tone when guiding the consumers. She made everything simple and easy to understand and was courteous when providing service.
