A fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, till the time I drove out. Len Brechner was a total professional, and so easy to work with. A good guy too.
One could not ask for a better experience. Gabriel is a true gentleman. He truly cares for his customers and he goes beyond what is expected. He is very patient and very knowledgable. This is the 1st time he has helped me lease a car, and I will go to him again and recommend him to everyone.
I brought my 2016 M4 in for the 1,200 mile service and to fix my ConnectedDrive this week. Carol Clark-Muniz was my Service adviser. She was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. By far the best dealer experience I have ever had, and I have had many. Got what I was promised for the right price with no hassles. Ordered a custom built vehicle from Germany and all went well within the timeframe the dealr estimated. Delivery went without a hitch and quickly! Value for the dollar is amazing and - WHAT A CAR!!!
