I had the pleasure of meeting Gabriel a year ago and at that time things did not work out solely because of the trade in of our existing car. I am very pleased with the vehicle purchased (3 series Xi) and although it is a 2011 model, the p-certification program through rallye is great. Also the additional package (tire) puts my mind at ease especially considering the NY winter we are enduring. Lastly Gabriel presented the add on packages and the pros and cons and was not pushy at any time which makes me feel more comfortable with my decision. Great purchase experience and quite frankly driving experience.

My experience in purchasing my new 650xi Gran Coupe at Rallye was outstanding. My salesperson was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The F&I person was great and the transaction was smooth and quick. I ordered my car in early December and was told it would take approximately 8 weeks to receive it. I received it right on schedule. Special mention to Dillon Silfinger, the Delivery Specialist..... that kid really knows about cars!!!

I usually HATE salespeople and especially car salespeople and dealerships but Gabriel is a rare exception. Although a good negotiator he was very helpful, patient and made the process easy and painless. I knew what I wanted and all I ask is honesty a fair price and he gave me above an beyond. He surprised me with a free gift for the new year with the snow floor mats since it was snowing on the day I picked up my new car . I asked him where I can post a good survey because he deserves it . Me and my wife buy only from Rallye due to the superior service. This is the third car with them but our original salesman was no longer there so we were paired up with new salesman. Just when we think this dealership was class A for all these years, we were paired up with Gabriel Hale in which he raised the bar to A++++. Ross was outstanding during the whole experience. He expertly walked me through the process, spent the time needed in answering all of my questions (which were very thorough) and helped me find the right car at the right price.
