I have purchased two cars in the past four years from this dealership. Their pricing is extremely competitive and the trade in value that was given towards my second purchase at the end of 2011 was very fair. The showroom and service area is always clean and inviting. I've always felt both welcomed and well taken care of at this dealership and have no issue traveling to them from Manhattan for my auto needs.
I found very friendly, informative and knowledgeable group of people who helped me in every step of the way to select the model of the BMW. Bert has made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Hope our relationship continues in the same fashion.
I having been leasing BMW for several years now. I have chosen to deal with Raylle BMW as I have always had a positive experience Rich DeAngelo when leasing BMW and the overall experience I have had anytime I brought the car in for service. The professionalism demonstrated throughrout the process was excellent. Mr.Wachsman made the experience a pleasure to go through and the staff represented the same level of knowledge and cooperation expected from a well trained personnel.
When shopping for my wife's new car we went to many different dealerships (both BMW and other luxury brands).
