Had the pleasure of working with Mitch Messling when purchasing a pre-owned 535. The experience could not have been any better. Mitch was courteous, patient and well-informed. I had been a Lexus owner for 10 yrs and have had an excellent experience with them, but if this was any indication of what Rally BMW is all about then I will be totally converted.

In many years of transacting business with auto dealerships, this one,BMW Rallye is BY FAR the best. I highly recommend buying through this dealership and using the same employees I used.

Having the opportunity to lease with other car companies I can officially say that the Rallye BMW experience is one like no other. This is a company I can wholeheartedly say that I intend to stay with for my entire life. I have been going to Rallye for over 10 years and have purchased 6 cars from them in that time frame. I have dealt with Richard DeAngelo since the beginning and it has always been a very pleasant experience. Everyone I have dealt with at Rallye from assistants to service department staff have always been excellent and extremely accommodating. I have referred countless family and friends to Rallye and will continue to purchase my vehicles at this dealership.

This is now the 5th car we have purchased from Rich DeAngelo at Rallye and i could not be more pleased. He is both a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable, as well as fair with his pricing. He explains all facets of the transaction professionally and leaves nothing to chance. I look upon Rallye as a brand within a brand. Its a truly first class experience and Matt Carlson, my service adviser is extremely professional and caring of my time. I had the pleasure of meeting Richard DeAngelo approximately 10 years ago. Ever since then, I have been a loyal Rallye BMW customer and have to say, it's all because of the professional treatment my wife and I received the first time we met Rich. He's fair and very honest. Rich worked with me on pricing and selections on 3 prior leases and one new purchase in 2013. He's great to work with. I keep returning to Rallye BMW to work with him on my purchase needs.

Not only was Ross sympathetic to the kind of car I needed, but he worked strenuously to find me a great price and all the options I needed on the vehicle. He was persuasive and effective in matching me and the right car and when delivery time came, the whole process was seamless. I dropped off the old car and within an hour I was sitting in the new one. Rallye BMW delivered a fabulous customer experience and Ross went out of his way to make sure I got the car I needed - and called to follow up twice since the purchase.
