WILLIE did a great job of greeting me even though you could tell he was busy....very polite signed papers and was out just like that ...got a courtesy call saying my car was about to go in wash....and would be ready soon...no complaints here....hope he is there next time I have an oil change...

Service department is one of the best I've experienced. Trusted consultants, technicians get in and get out with effective repairs. First visit was truly a good experience and when I had to get repairs done the next time..... they acted as if I was family and greeted me with friendly smiles and faces. I think BMW Beaumont is superior when it comes to service facilities compared to its neighboring city of Houston.
