The service team at Bmw Beaumont definitely roll out the red carpet when having your car serviced . I appreciate the high level of professionalism by the Team members and the great consideration for my time and any maintenance concerns .
Beaumont BMW have always been so helpful and courteous! I brought my X5 in and was given a loaner until my car was repaired. Willie was extremely professional and always kept me informed of what was being done. Great dealership and service department! And as long as they keep the Caffè Latte machine I'll be happy!
They took a long time for and oil change and to put on 2 new tires,we were there from 9:30- 4:30, but The whole staff were super nice! Not one rude person! Not to mention they had free snacks and a theater,you won't find that at a Ford or Chevrolet dealership!

Our first time there went for a oil change our service advisor Sara Conner was awesome very attentive polite got a nice Mercedes key chain really nice place will be taking my ML 350 there for any future service thank you Sara
