I absolutely loved my experience with BMW of Beaumont. I was given a loaner vehicle for two weeks while they diagnosed and repaired my 328i. I was notified throughout the process and given advice on starting point for my repairs. Ms.Robin also gave me a $100 coupon to cushion the cost of my repairs, which I thought was very generous. I was given awesome service and I would definitely return if other issues came about.

I would have given 5stars but my husband had to reset the oil light after paying all that money for a oil change and my car was there from 9am until closing
