Just had my 2017 X3 serviced yesterday and when my wife pulled it out of the garage this morning, there were 3 puddles of oil underneath. There is puddles of oil under the engine and many parts are oily. I can’t tell if it is leaking or poor housekeeping. It means another trip to have it corrected on my time. Not a happy BMW owner today.

Worst experience we have ever had owning a vehicle. Service/product both have been extremely disappointing. Car was given back to us after service with the hood unlatched on one side (UNSAFE). Charged for services we did not ask for, 6 weeks in the shop for brake pad change. Replaced 1 wheel, 4 tires, brake pads and battery within 1.5 years. Tried to complain to management and was always told they would call me back and never did. Paid $31k certified pre owned in 2019 and now the car only has a $15k trade in value.
I have never owned a BMW yet I keep getting phone calls that my car has been repaired and is ready to be picked up and calls and texts asking me to take a survey. I have gotten 15-20 calls since January. I have requested several times for my phone number to be removed from their call list to no avail. If I was going to purchase a BMW I would do it in Houston because I do not think that the customer service is very good at BMW of Beaumont because I can’t even get my phone number removed from their computer.

Just took too long to have a flat fixed late Friday. Thought I’d have it back at least by Saturday and never even got a call. Finally got it back on Tuesday. I must say though, kudos to whomever detailed it!! Excellent job there!!
