This was my 2nd visit to the repair shop. The people i dealt with were nice. The part i didn't like was the pricing to fix my car. They wanted almost $8000 to repair everything that was wrong with it when the car is only worth $2000, if that. Way too expensive to fix anything there. They wanted $500 just to replace a headlight that burnt out!

How do I start?!!!!! I am a big bmw fan always have something good to say not this time!!! I took my car in for a check up on the sensor and they didn't check it they assume that the front sensor was out! Told my bf that we can buy our own and put it on without further information! So what I did was bought my own part and installed it at my friend tire shop ! Didn't work! Had to wait few days before available appointment to bring it in! Once bring in the pricing was all wrong! BMW is the ONLY manufacture I can find that doesn't have LifeTime Warranty on SEAT BELTS!

I was very disappointed with a client advisor for BMW of Beaumont by the name of George Paunovic. He was very rude and inappropriate when we dropped off out BMW at lease end. We followed all rules outlined by BMW and he attempted to find damages Ame wear that didn't exist. We loved the car but would never buy from this man
