Never ever buy a vehicle from this dealership
1- Salesman lacked familiarity with vehicle features. 2- Salesman failed to provide tracking number for build after two requests. 3- Salesman did finally provide VIN #, but gave wrong number. 4- BMW Genius did not know how to demonstrate auto parking feature on test drive. 5- Dealership did not deliver vehicle in the time frame promised. I went to have services done at BMW of Beaumont on 10/08/2018. They change my Alternator and drive belt. They did good with my Alternator. My husband keep hearing clicking noise. I told him it’s probably because they put a new belt on and it’s still new. As I was driving home to Alabama we didn’t know anything was wrong with our car until we got home. I am so frustrated with BMW Beaumont right now. I usually buy Mercedes but BMW had my dream car. I purchased it used and have had some issues. I have taken my car into their service department and about 3 or 4 times and each time made a appointment for service but yet only once has my car been serviced. I am totally over done with them. I have spent my time sitting there for hours only to leave without being serviced. Came In for airbag lights for my 2005 BMW X3 , when making an appointment over the phone the operator stated it will be free inspection with possibly open recalls, so made an appointment at 7am, 5 minutes later after arrival , found out the free inspection was just a visual, any further inspection will be $119 plus tax . Was pretty upset regarding to the misleading part.

Took my car in for service and was treated very nice, courtesy shuttle dropped me off and picked me up for movie while I waited. However service rendered did not completely fix my rough shifting problem.

I had an appointment, it took 5 1/2 hours. The service person never offered up a runner for lunch time. I was not and will not argue over my extended warranty. I never had to do this before, but new service people are in place and there is now, distrust. No return business.
I received a phone call today from BMW OF BEAUMONT and now a text asking for my review. I returned the call and was told it was a mistake as I was a previous BMW owner. The BMW I had was okay but I LOVE MY NEW ACURA SUV! Sorry BMW couldn’t make the deal or this survey could actually be for the correct customer. Did I say I love my Acura?
