"Pleasant Expirence" Our visit to Circle BMW was quite pleasant,we weren’t attacked by a sales persons had. Time to leasurely tour the showroom. "Pleased" Deal was made over phone, when we went to the dealership, the salesperson gave us the deal we had made over phone. Pleased it was not a bait and switch. Also, received lower interest rate than anticipated. The finance person offered us the tire package and did not blink an eye when we said no. I have been to other dealers where the pressure to purchase was intense. Also, delivery of the vehicle didn’t take hours, Pleased with buying process which included salesperson, Tatianna.
