"A great experience " Client advisor (Robert) was not pushy, he listened & understood what we wanted. Made the process easy...BMW had a good incentive program running so got a good deal too! Finance guy was equally easy to work with. And Pipe was helpful too - got my parking sticker off the windshield of my trade in (in one piece!) Everyone was so attentive & pleasant to deal with. ""Easiest New Car Purchase"" My recent purchase of a 2019 X5 was candidly the most pleasant experience I ever had buying a new vehicle. Staff were pleasant to deal with & most attentive. As a resident of Little Silver, I like to support those businesses close to my home. Robert Cavalieri, the Sales Consultant, candidly was most pleasant to deal with. Juston Underwood was most effective in reviewing all the controls on the new X5, especially the display.

"Circle BMW is still the best" Every 3 years i have to choose cars for myself and my wife and its always a tough decision whether to continue with BMW or downgrade to a Lexus, but these gentlemen makes the task easier for me. Mr Cavalieri had been so patient with my indecisiveness and was always very prompt with replies in emails . We went thru like 5 or 6 cars until i finally got one, i can't thank him enough. "No pressure sales" Bought an older LS430 with UL package with a few issues. Being mindful that more bells and whistles means more things that can fail Pre owned sales manager Frank was great. Totally hands off allowing me and my wife to sort through our decision without nudging or interference. Frank is a great guy who has only one objective and that is to have the customer feel completely comfortable. He achieved this with me.
