"Personalized service" We were put in touch with Paul Richardson by an ex-employee. We knew the car we wanted - X3 SUV and we were not in a rush. Rather than selling us a vehicle in stock, Paul suggested we build a car on the BMW site and it would be ready when we were. So we got exactly the features we wanted and the car was ready when we needed it. Extra bonus - when we picked up the car we were out of the dealership in an hour instead of the customary 3-4 hours.

"Easy and Enjoyable" I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Frank Vitolo. This guy was not only a great person but a very honest salesman. I experienced first hand true salesmanship when he offered another customer a very honest value for their car instead of the customer selling it privately.
