"1st car " Ed and Phu made my 1st car buy as simple as it could be. They were very patient and will do their best to make you happy. Throughout the process I never once felt pushed to make a decision. It was as smooth and simple as it could be. All of the staff was very kind and did not have that “slimy” feel of other dealerships. I would 100 percent recommend!!

"Great experience. Thanks." Everyone in the dealership is very friendly and thankfully non-aggressive. I drove several cars and actually asked to have one in the show room taken out to drive. Everyone was very accommodating. The car in the show room is the one I eventually purchased. Cara and Brian were especially helpful and I’m very grateful for their assistance. "outstanding dealership for the purchase of your BMW" It is due to my experience with my salesman, Paul Richardson, that I have purchased 6 vehicles from Circle BMW over the years. The rest of the service and support staff are also extremely knowledgable about the vehicles they sell and service as well as always friendly and welcoming. "Pre-owned buying experience " I found the BMW I bought on line because I live 200 miles away. The price was great as I compared this car to about 50 other cars at the time. Since I had to drive 3 hours to buy this car I wanted to be assured that everything was as it looked on line and that I wasn’t missing anything. Ed assured me it was and when I got there I was not disappointed. Ed and Carlos took care of me and with in an hour I was out the door on my way back home with a new car.

"Excellent purchase experience w/ a Certified used car but .." The total time from taking a long test drive, reviewing details, making purchase and driving out was 2 1/2 hours. Relaxed atmosphere no pressure no rush. I would highly recommend this Dealership. However I have one issue that still needs to be resolved. During the test drive I smell what seemed like coolant when I turned on the AC. I was lead to believe that this would dissipate in time. It hasn’t.
