Service is attentive. My issue is they didn’t refill washer fluid. The car was signaling the alert but tech did not refill washer fluid. Not good in New Jersey in winter with snow and rain. Very critical at this time of year.

I met with Ben who was such a pleasure to deal with! Needless to say I walked out with a beautiful new car…. No pressure at all, everyone at the dealership was so friendly! I recommend Circle BMW … My daughter is going back to buy a car from Ben, and I took a handful of his cards to hand out! Best car buying experience EVER! Thanks Ben!

Drove up and was greeted and directed to service representative. Everything went smoothly. Only one issue was that there was no more loner cars.. But all goof because i got a lift home and tgey delivered my car back to me looking brand knew and a good cleaning.
