The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. I had a complicated issue of battery drainage with my X5. Math the Foreman was very patient to discuss with me my observation then they did a very thorough diagnosis to resolve the problem. Paul kept me updated with the progress of the work. I dealt with two other BMW dealers but never been happy like this time. Circle BMW is best dealer to serve your car in this area.
