Pulled up took my car, sat with person at desk gave me options on if I wanted to stay or get a loaner, I chose to stay. Waited a fair time. Car was ready and I was all done. Experience was flawless!

I was somewhat disappointed in the attitude and snarky dialogue I had with the service department. I purchased the car on December 30, 2021. Less than a week later I had the car in for service because the service engine light was on. Never did anybody say “Gee Mr. Aleo we’re awful sorry you had trouble with the car so soon after your purchase.” What I got was, when I was dropping the car off at noon, the service representative said to me, “name” I said “Tom Aleo”.
