Had a major issue with my car and brought it in for service. After finding out there was an internal recall all parts and labor was covered by BMW. They even went and put in a brand new engine into my car free of charge!

I own a BMW 325 purchased in 2001. I have 109,000 miles on it. Over the yrs I have needed repairs due to the senescence of the vehicle. Today I went for routine service and was assigned to Paul Starnes who advised and guided me through the process. I need close to $1800.00 of repair work.
