I live in Queens, NY. Circle BMW had the best price, BY A MILE. But what will keep me coming back is the service I received in leasing a car. Tim was straight forward, not pushy and genuine. Zack was helpful and patient as he walked me through all the bells and whistles on my X3. Thanks guys, I will see you in 3 years.

I recently bought a beautiful CPO 328 and was scared by a sudden check engine light. However Paul handled my issue from start to finish and made me feel at ease. The issue was minor and was covered under warranty and fixed immediately (in addition to loaner provided). I also had small issue with key fobs and while my car was in service Paul made sure to fix that issue also and provided 2 new key fobs. I failed a NJ state inspection due to my DMTL pump was broken. Because Circle BMW is located across a road, I just dropped by. Before my first visit to Circle BMW, I have visited several dealership in NY as well as NJ. Whenever I visit other dealerships, they seem to just want to earn my money... Even though my parts are covered by SULEV warranty which is something special warranty, they didn't tell me about it and gave me an estimation for service because they didn't know about the warranty. I've purchased many cars and always had to deal with dealership mind tricks in the past. This experience was easy, thanks to Cliff. We communicated for a couple days while my spouse was in the hospital, in that time he located a vehicle for me based off my wish list (actually even better) and gave me the price I requested. This dealership was not the closest in proximity but it is the only one I will go to from now on. I returned for weather mats and Cliff was there to help me install them.
