I came in as a walk-in without an appointment and was able to test drive different models and begin narrowing down my decision as to my vehicle. I began my experience with Ed Garrigal, who was super pleasant and accommodating. I didn't make a purchase that same day as I was still shopping around, but Ed made sure to follow up just enough to let me know that he had cars in mind for me and he was interested in making a deal that was mutually beneficial for us. I worked with Danny Wong at Circle BMW on my recent 430 Gran Coupe lease and it was efficient and professional from start to finish. Danny was on the spot providing information and assistance when needed while not pressing me to complete a transaction. The numbers presented to me were clear and transparent and Danny worked with me to understand where I needed to be to make a deal and he made it happen. I made a mistake. I leased my BMW X5 from Freehold BMW which was a horrid experience. This past weekend I got 2 flat tires on the right side and the closest BMW to my home is Circle BMW. I called them and they could not have been nice or more professional. The gentleman who helped me spent hours on the phone with my tire insurance company that Freehold BMW gave me no info on. After been scammed by a dealership called "PRESTIGE" I decided to go to circle BMW, where I met Mr Robert Bilek who assisted my wife and I on buying our current 2015 X5 BMW. The overall experience was pleasant and the overall process was quite fast and satisfactory. All of our concerns were addressed adequately, also, all of our questions relating to both; the car and the financing were met with appropriate answers. Will definitely recommend both the dealer and Mr Bilek.

I recently leased my first BMW. My wife and I visited the dealership September 9th 2017 and worked with Ed Garrigal and Laura Fluor. Ed was our sales person and he was professional, courteous and attentive. We actually did the deal during the following week over email while I was traveling in London.
