The sales staff (my salesman was Danny Wong) was on the button ,courteous,knowledgeable , The sales manager (Gregory) was unbelievably friendly and willing to make a deal. My wife is thrilled with her 228i x-drive convertible, and was very happy with there service. If my wife is Happy, I am Happy. Thank you Danny and Gregory.

Going to a car dealership was something that I never look forward because what I have experienced in the past is not something I look forward to. However after calling and talking to Danny Wong who helped me get into a pre owned BMW 328i which I absolutely love, he was very efficient, friendly and made it so easy to go to the dealer and pickup my car.

I looked at many cars, and many dealerships in search of my next weekend toy, and finally decided on an M4. In the process I talked to 3 local dealers, and went to meet the sales people. In the end I bought the car from Circle BMW not because it was the cheapest, but because customer service is more important to me than a couple of dollars I would save by going to a large "Home Depot Type" dealership. John was really great to work with. He listened to my needs and matched me up with the perfect vehicle. The experience was so positive that I canceled my meeting to discuss a car purchase with Audi...I currently own and was driving an A6. If my new BMW performs as well as Circle BMW did during the buying process they have a repeat customer.
