Danny Wong assisted me in buying my car. He was very thorough, professional and helpful. I was getting my car fixed and saw a car in the showroom that I wanted but someone else had put a down payment on it. I walked out of the dealership pretty disappointed but Danny did not pressure me into buying something I didn't want. When they backed out, Danny called me immediately to tell me I could have the car. I was completely satisfied with the service that Danny provided me.

I took 2 of my cars (328i and X5) for service. My 328i was in need of shocks and other things in last Friday out this pass Monday 3/1 drives great. I brought a used X5 from a local used car and wanted a check up from BMW service center. I was very grateful with the attention to detail and the feeling you get with people that knows their cars. It was snowing last night so I will be in for my comp car wash. Thank you Joe

I had to have my 2011 328i towed to Circle on a Sunday night. As I was driving to work the 'Service Engine Light' came on and there was some hesitating and misfiring. I called the BMW 24-7 service number and they had my car picked up from my job in Seaside Heights and dropped at Circle in Eatontown within an hour. Chris Paserba called me Monday morning before I even had a chance to call them! He let me know they had my car and would keep me updated. My recent purchase at Circle BMW was my easiest. Totally painless. Sales staff and product specialists were excellent. As a woman, at other dealerships, I have not been taken seriously. The staff here could not have been better.

I will not lie, going in to a car dealership after what I have experienced in the past is not something I look forward to. However after visiting Circle BMW my hope has been restored that their are car salesmen that aren't shifty. I worked with Danny Wong who helped me get into a pre owned BMW X3 which I absolutely love. John worked with me over the course of approximately four months. I ended up leasing my car with him, primarily because he was not only professional and knowledgeable, but I never once felt pressured to rush my decision. John's ability as a salesman was apparent in that he made me feel comfortable, at all times, and helped me make an informed decision in buying my first BMW after twenty (20) years of Mercedes and Lexus automobiles.
