I would like to thank Circle BMW and Robert Cavalieri for making my first BMW experience a very memorable one. truly outstanding service. The salesman, Robert Cavalieri made the leasing experiencing a plearsure. Unlike the usual car purchase/lease routine which is verey stressful, he made it easy, enjoyable and smooth. We leased exactly the model and features we desired. There was no pressure to upgrade or purchase items we did not need or want. It could not have been a better experience.

What a great experience. I was met with a friendly smile and Danielle listened very carefully to what I was interested in and arranged test drives. I had explained that I previously had a BMW which had been totaled and the safety features which had impressed me in that accident. She arranged test drives in the models I was interested in with a very knowledgeable young man called Zach. Danielle had everything well planned for the vehicle pick up. Supporting personnel were lined up to make the process seamless and smooth which reflected solid planning and customer care. More could not be asked for and the process was outstanding.

I was unsure of which model was right for me. John was so knowledgable and patient. He helped me to get not only what I wanted but so much more! My experience from the moment i walked in the door was very pleasant, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and I was speaking to John Marchetti about cars in a matter of minutes. John was very professional, friendly and not at all pushy which would have caused me to go elsewhere. I also felt that John was able to determine what I was looking for and make the appropriate recommendations which made it easy for me to make my decision. I went to BMW looking to lease a car and Danielle was my client advisor and she was very professional and helpful.
