Highly recommend circle BMW at Eatontown. John Marchetti made my experience awesome!! John met all my expectations I had walking into a BMW dealership. I told him what I was looking for and the price I wanted to pay and he came back with something even better!!! Couldn't have asked for a better sales representative and customer service!!

Danny was great. After a little miscommunication due to the fact that I changed my mind about what I was looking for, Danny helped me find the exact vehicle I wanted, was open and transparent about pricing matters and made me a fair offer that didn't require a lot of negotiation. I would highly recommend him.

Awesome buying experience from John Marchetti. It was a pleasure to purchase a car from Circle BMW and I highly recommend them. There was never any sales hype, pressure or pricing gimmicks. When I picked up the car, the staff took their time to show me all the features. The Parts Dept was very attentive and helpful in fulfilling my accessories order and ensured I ordered the correct accessories for my new BMW.

I have owned my BMW for about 10 years now and have managed to have it serviced at a number of dealerships...including one as far as Florida. I have NEVER experienced the level of service that I have received from Robert Heydorn and the technicians at Circle. Five stars can't begin to cover it. I will not service my car anywhere else ...even BMW of Manahttan. Now if only I get them to take care of my Land Rover too, I'd be really happy...

I know that whenever I have to bring my X5 in for service, Rob Heydorn will make sure it's a hassle free experience. Circle isn't the closest dealership to me anymore, but I chose to stay with them when I bought my X5, in great part to the dedicated service that I can count on from Rob. Having been a loyal Audi customer for 9 years, I decided to check out a BMW, with no real intent of owning one.. The dealership was beautiful and the sales people were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. All questions answered and my sales rep was fantastic. John Marchetti handled the sale and was excellent. Zak Guinee, the BMW genius was also excellent. They made the switch to BMW an easy choice. I would highly recommend both and if in doubt, check it out!
