Got my 2015 M4 through Danny, he was up front about the ordering and purchase process, and when I got the car I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour. Not much more you could want, plus he's very responsive to emails and kept me up to date on the car status for months as it was being built. He has continued to follow up after I received the car, and I'm sure I'll go to him for my next purchase.

I brought my BMW in for a simple oil change and the kind people at Circle BMW handled the process with first class treatment. An attendant assisted me within 10 seconds of pulling in. Robert Heydon immediately greeted me, handled the simple paperwork, showed me to a very comfortable waiting area where I was offered soft drinks. The car was serviced on time and they even washed and cleaned the car. Not only my best car dealership experience, but perhaps my best customer service experience ever.

From beginning to end, the experience at Circle BMW was fantastic. I enjoyed working with John Marchetti. He was upfront and honest. I was given a reasonable amount for my trade and I was very happy with the BMW I selected.

My wife and I purchased a new 435i. We worked with John who was a pleasure to work with. He and his team members were very accommodating, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable through out the entire purchasing process. My experience with Circle BMW has continuously been excellent. Their service department has always taken good care with my vehicle, they are fast and courteous. When purchasing my new vehicle, John Marchetti was able to meet all of my needs and beyond. A few days later I had a brand new car that fit my budget exactly without any compromises.

I purchased a new 750lix and was over 50 miles from the dealership. John Marchetti met me half way, spent over an hour running through all of the nuances of the 2014 model as my previous model was a 2012 and made sure I felt comfortable with all of the features. Additionally, I had forgotten to download the information and music from the computer in the car and John went out of his to assist in downloading and then installing all my information. I leased a 2014 BMW 528i xdrive. This is my first BMW. John Marchetti was an excellent representative of BMW and really showed his passion of the product.
