Let me first start off by saying, I am the type of guy that does tons of research before purchasing a car. I had purchased several BMW's from this dealer in the past and had a great experience each time, so when I decided to buy a newer model 5 Series BMW, I didn't hesitate to return to Princeton BMW. I met with the Certified Car Sales Manager and explained exactly what I wanted in a Certified Pre-Owned 5 Series and he showed me a couple to consider. In Most cases, customer service IS a thing of the past....NOT at Princeton BMW! I drive close to an hour and drive by another BMW dealership to get there. The main reason is the service department. It starts with my SA, Luke Stryker. He treats me as if I was his only client, in my opinion, the way it should be! He has never missed a deadline, is honest, knowledgable and most of all ethical. I recently had my 335 xi service at Princeton Bmw and was very pleased. I've been to many other dealers and horrible service like i was just another customer. But this dealer was on a different level than any other dealer I've been to. I would highly recommend them.

I've purchased my first BMW here in 2000 and enjoy an excellent service ever since. Over the years we have established strong relation with a service adviser Michael Sobecki. I trust his advice and honest opinion. Over the years of travel I had to occasionally service my car in other states. I could always call Michael and check that what is being done to my car is a right thing to do. Across MA, CT and NJ, the Princeton BMW is my "place to go", whenever I have a chance. I have owned a lot of Bmw's from 3's to 5's. Bmw's are great driving cars, but they also need a lot of regular maintenance. I love this dealership; Luke is the man there. Every time I need service, he is on top of things and he makes me feel like we have been friends for years.
