Great Service Department Had my M4 go in for scheduled maintenance and an alignment. The service department staff could not be more nicer and helpful. Gary Glaze did a good job of keeping me informed about the car and the car was returned in great shape and clean/washed. I'm very happy with this dealership and will keep going back there...and purchase a car there if it comes to that in the future.

Great customer service! I really appreciate the service department at Lithia BMW! The employees in the service department are quick to greet you when you drop off your car. They keep you informed and do any maintenance that is due even if you are in for a tail lens repair. They also wash and vacuum the car every time it is in for any reason. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Great experience! I was looking for a new car was kinda open to anything decided to check out the cars at BMW and see if anything would be even possible. Surprised to learn I could afford a new BMW 2015 320i x drive! Beyond exited the process was actually easy I was in and out in no time. Loving the new car!!

x5 Diesel Repair held vehicle for quite sometime while figuring out what was wrong. repaired items under extended warranty which was great. had loaner given to us which was helpful. came down to our location to swap out when all complete rather than going to the store. overall good.
