Very good experience we were just on a fact finding mission, hadn't planned to buy a car that day but they made us an offer we couldn't refuse. No pressure, good info. Ended up buying a 2017 "used" car--a service loaner with about 7000 miles on it but they gave us an extra add on to our warranty. Craig, our salesman, was very helpful and very polite and we appreciated not being pressured into anything. It was a very good experience! And, I love my new car!!
X3 Purchase I bought the car through a broker, Heidi Webster. The salesman, Jim Mannheimer, delivered the car and made the deal. Jim was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Heidi was great too. All in all, a great experience and painless.
Great Car Buying Experience A great experience from beginning to end. I don't enjoy buying a car but this by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying endeavor ever. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful.
Happy I love the Service Department staff (in particular, Kenzie, Gary, and Aaron!). They are friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. I love how nice (new) my car looks when they wash it!

BMW of Salem Gary was very nice and thorough when I brought my car in for service and I left with a good feeling that all was checked and taken care of.
BMW repair Gary was great, coordinated the repairs while I was out of town, also coordinated autobody repair with Trachsel and arranged transport of car so all the work would be done when I got home. I really appreciated the effort.
