Returning customer...and we did the right thing! We were in the market for a SUV and found a BMW X3 that matched our requirement at BMW of Salem. The entire process right from calling them to driving back in the new leased vehicle was smooth and never felt we were pushed. buying a used car from BMW of Salem Handled transaction in a quick,professional manner,as I was buying a vehicle that was not of their usual focus of sales,still provided all available warranties.
Timely service I had an unexpected problem while travelling. The service manager understood that I was on a tight schedule, and went out of his way to get my (fairly minor) problem fixed quickly. Everyone at the dealership made what could have been a stressful incident, a relaxing diversion.
