"Professional, respectful of my time, and efficient." Alex is a professional from the moment you meet him. He is thorough and makes every attempt to give you the best possible customer buying experience. He went out of his way to be helpful. I have done four purchases with Alex over the years and he just keeps getting better and better. Jori is efficient, a good closer, and direct in getting the paperwork done and saving you time. I could not be happier with my experience with her.
"Pleasant buying experience" I emailed the dealership after finding the car online. Tom called me back and the next day I drove out of state to the dealership, test drove the vehicle and put a down payment on it. Tom was helpful with getting the accessories installed that I wanted. I came back a week later and the car was ready to go. The dealership allowed me to park in an area of the showroom so that I could install a temporary paint protection film on the front of the car for the drive home. "Lived up to expectations" Courteous, knowledgeable, service oriented, and on time. Since other dealerships were outstanding as well, a major factor in our purchase was proximity to our house.

"Wonderful experience.." I didn't expect to buy a car when I went to fields BMW but here we are!!! Adrian advised me that my warranty was near expiration and still had two years left on my loan. He was able to work it out so my payment only went up 30 but I got a new X3 full warranty . Great job tank you again
