"Look no further!" When my warranty ran out i thought i could save money for general maintenance at a local authorized BMW service center. "Really good experience buying car for aging mother" We shopped three other local car dealers tying to find a car that would hit criteria for our aging mother before we landed at Fields. "Purchase " Staff are very patient, considerate and walk you through the whole process. My only comment is they don’t call you for update of your transaction. i.e. we came on a Wednesday afternoon,, I got a call when I arrive home that they cannot pull out my file, I bought 3 cars from BMW and had use your financing. I don’t know what happened there at your end. I was asked to provide more verification of my identity. I was assured that they will call me the following day with update.
