BMW - great buying experience Zack did a fantastic job keeping us updated on the progress of our car and informed of any delays. He even sent a link for us to use to track progress of the transport ship as it crossed the Atlantic. My BMW Genius, Megan, was also fantastic- very knowledgeable and patient!
