BMW 535I X-DRIVE SERVICE WRITERS ARE ALL GREAT AND PARTS ARE SUPER BUT THE BODY SHOP NEEDS A LITTLE HELP NOT SO HAPPLY WITH THE BODY SHOP THEY LEFT PARTS AND SCREWS OFF MY CAR BUT MR AMES WORKED SUPER HARD TO CORRECT IT
Good facilities, no issues with the staff Checkered flag went beyond any dealership I've ever done business with. The last time I leased a bmw the dealership in Florida didn't even explain to me how the car worked, they kinda just tossed me the keys and sent me on my way. Checkered flag was the opposite, in addition to getting my keys on a silver platter (a nice touch) I was shown how to use the new idrive and had my BMW connected set up for me.
Service Visit I particularly appreciated the timeliness of scheduling and getting work completed. The service representative was polite and attentive as well.
Great service Sales person William bailey was excellent and very knowledgable overall great experince and the management and staffwere good would would buy here again

Good Service, Sales Persons Pushy, Prices are High The services was good. The staff leave me pause. The prices on cars are overpriced in comparison to the Northern VA prices.
Car Maintenance You had a loaner available while my car was being serviced Tim was courteous and personable During this time...the environment seems to be kept sanitary, masks were available for those who need one, hand sanitizer in plain sight and staff were wearing masks as well.
