Great service Desk rep was very nice and pleasant. The complimentary car wash was so nice. They even clean off the dirty wheels which to me was over and beyond. The inspection report send in a PDF was awesome and details. The report of additional work needed send by text and the option to fix or decline was a great and new technology. Great servide I brought my car in to have repairs done. I was not able to identify the problem. My advisor, Joe Hawthorne, suggested getting a test done to identify the problem. I agreed to it and Joe got me an appointment for the next day to have the test done. I dropped the car off the next day. Joe got a shuttle to take me to work and called me to let me know the problems before ordering any parts for the car. I had about 4 items on list that needed to be service.
