Checkered Flag BMW Staff is always courteous and helpful. It’s a bonus that they remember you and greet you by name. I also appreciate the updates on the status of the vehicle’s repairs.
Efficient and professional The technician was very professional and the facilities are very clean. Everyone was wearing a mask. He knew why I was there, gave me a heads up about another issue I might be having, and then called me early enough so the additional repair could still be completed that same day.
