The sales experience was slimy and they hire people who pretend that they are sales people, but in reality they just handle inbound inquiries, gain the interest from the perspective buyer and then switch them to a sales person the moment they step foot into the showroom. I was not told the windshield warranty was with an outside company and when I needed it I was denied coverage since I reported the damage too late, xxx. I bought a pre-owned Ford Edge for $8500 for my college aged daughter from Gephardt BMW and after only driving 4000 miles, mainly highway, the brakes failed after 3 weeks and then a total engine failure.
