Vehicle in for recall, but two issues were also addressed under warranty. One took time and I was given a loaner from Friday until Tuesday, no hassles. The immediate problems were fixed but one relates to an issue with the vehicle: battery discharge, and seems a flaw in the BMW, but not in the service.

David Kuczynski was great to work with in the purchase of our new BMW. We had never owned a BMW before so we had a lot of questions. We also were trying to decide between leasing and buying and the associated pros/cons. David helped in every way possible and had great follow through and was very organized. Would definitely recommend David and Gebhardt BMW.

I have enjoyed positive experience with both new car and used car purchases. The dealership location is a positive feature. I have also enjoyed a positive service relationship. On another note: I find your need for my contact information a bit much. I really don't want an account with your orgainization

Joel was great. Took the time to walk me through all the questions I had. Great service. Gave me great advice on a few technical questions I had and steered me in the right direction.

Service was done in an appropriate time. Bill efficiently facilitated the service of the vehicle. I like having the service completed at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle.

Mike went out of his way to locate the exact vehicle that I wanted - - I believe that it was the only one available in the Rocky Mountain area. He made sure that it was clean, filled with gas, and had all of the extras done in a timely manner (i.e., window tinting, clear bra, satellite radio). Since the weather was horrible, and I was buying a rear wheel drive Z4, he kept it in the showroom for me until I was able to pick it up. For the past five years I have been looking to purchase the "perfect" car. My criteria was great gas mileage, AWD, nice options, and reliability. I drove almost every brand and attended many car shows. The BMW brand was my very last visit. Adam F was very friendly, easy to talk to, and informative about the cars. This is the 5 BMW we have purchased from Gebhardt; the third from David. He is the go to guy. We looked at a car on a Sunday, stopped by to see David on Tuesday and bought the car on Wednesday. There were no hassles, long waiting or frustration. This is why we go to Gebhardt and specifically to David.

My sales person,George, identified which new vehicle best met my needs and was instrumental in working with me and the managers to get the price on the new vehicle and the trade in value I needed in order to make the purchase. I feel the managers gave me an excellent value for my money. Better than I expected.
