Oded "Bud" Light and Bo Penney treated me extremely well with buying my new 2011 BMW 328xi. Bud is extremely knowledgeable about all of the different models of BMWs and quickly understood my requirements. Bo was extremely helpful with my trade in. I truly felt and was treated like family.
These are small things; overall, I had a great experience: When I first got my nerve up and walked in to the dealership to buy a new BMW, it was several minutes before someone helped me. My ratings are based on my positive experience from the beginning to the end. Generally quick response, great attitudes, etc. Of course, this was the sales experience -- I have yet to go through the service experience. I am a tough rater on most things -- my scores tell the score.
I have been a Gebhardt customer since 1999. I buy all my BMWs there, and send friends and family. I appreciate that the owner is an important local businessman. Dave Kuczinski is as pleasant and effective a salesman as I have ever known; really makes the buying experience what it should be. Service is consistently friendly, fast and solid. They are the ultimate dealer for the ultimate driving machine. They bring the joy.
Considering how used car sales experiences usually go, it was a surprisingly pleasant experiance for us. We felt no pressure to buy a car right at that moment. The easiest experince we have ever had in buying a car. The people were freindly and very well organized. We spent very little wasted time in the dealership. We received a very good price on our trade-in and a very price on our new car. From previous experince I know their service department is excellent.
Kory Rodemich was great to work with and made everything for my out of state purchase seamless. He was very tentative to all my needs, the car was delivered and was missing an item (cd changer magazine) and he overnighted me a new one. The car was in perfect condition.
They we very helpful, low pressure and willing to negotiate. The salesman i worked wirh, George, was great to work with. The actual purchase went very smoothly. The only criticiam was when they filled the gas tank, they spilled some on the side of the car. The car itself is spectacular. A great experience overall.
Started online with 4 BMW dealers in the Denver area, inquiring about availablity and price for "mybmw X5". Kory Rodemich at Gebhardt BMW responded immediatly with answers to both requests. His price was quoted as "this much above invoice + $399 handling. I couldn't get the other dealers to offer such a quote.
