Took my car in for service and Sara took it in and had it serviced and cleaned in short time. Relaxed and had a coffee and car was serviced and cleaned in no time. Sara communicated clearly and with detail and everything was great. Thank you!

I have been truly satisfied with BMW's service department. I have had a few problems with the car, but Bryan, my service manager, has taken really good care of me and resolved all of my issues with the car. I really appreciate the professionalism of everyone I have encountered in the service department. They have kept my 2012 528i running like new!
Recently relocated from Altus, Ok to Dothan, Al and brought my X5 in for service. A little sad that they don’t offer vehicle pick-up service like BMW of Wichita Falls; however, Lucas was awesome. He met me upon arrival and answered any questions I had in regards to the vehicle and service I’d be receiving.
I was very pleased with the service. Luke had everything done I asked for and called me when my car was ready. The loaner car was great too! I loved having a clean car when I picked mine up! Thanks to all!!!
