The Service is fine, they accomplished exactly what they were supposed to accomplish. However, I made a 0730 appointment so I could wait for the vehicle and get in and out of there. Luke explained to me that the car had to cool down and it would be 1.5 - 2.0 hours. (No problem) I waited on the car and saw the car was finished and sent back to be washed. I watched the people in the wash bays, talk on the phone and goof off for over an hour. Finally at 1030, I just told Luke to get my car and I would have it cleaned myself. Th... read more
