I received excellent customer service from everyone at the service department. My SUV had a malfunction and they did everything they could within a fast and efficient time to make sure that we were back on the road within no time. It really made me feel comfortable being from another state and having a breakdown and being treated as if we immediate family. I came to BMW to look at a couple used cars I saw on line. I was looking for a Hyundai Elantra and they had two there. The salesman took great care of us. He and everybody we encountered there treated us very well. I am very happy with the dealership. My step-son loves his car.

My wife and I had a wonderful buying experience with Christian Morgan as our salesman. I was actually dreading shopping for a car because of the high pressure, obnoxious salesmen I’ve usually encountered. Christian was quite the opposite. Would definitely consider BMW of Montgomery the next time I’m in the market for a car!

I have 2 BMW dealers closer to me. 1 of them only 15 miles from where I live. I’d rather drive the 125 miles to BMW of Montgomery.
