I bought my 2016 528i from BMW of Montgomery. Both Carfax and Autocheck were clean when I purchased the car. Unfortunately, I had no chance to see the car in person since I was 8 hrs away from seller’s location. If you are a woman, I do not recommend this place. I called about a Chevy 2500 and they never took me seriously. Danny Howard told me he'd ask for the best price and never called me back -- even after I left two additional messages. The truck sold a week later to someone else and I still never heard back. And to add insult to injury, I'm currently driving a BMW X5 that I purchased from them. So much for customer loyalty.
Extremely poor customer service. I have been waiting on an air bag part since JULY. I have received zero follow up on their behalf and my phone calls are not returned. Worst customer service I have ever received as a BMW customer.
Negative buying experience. Done with sonic group as a whole.
