Crappy service. They had me wait here all day to return my car and say oh we forgot to do your alignment ! Also have yet to refund me in the time frame that was stated then the constant run around. I'll never deal with you unprofessional group of ingrates again �

Bought a 2013 328i last year. When I go back two days ago they said my car had depreciated 10k and they can't pay it off or switch me to a different car or anything. Straight up refused to help. Then the guy tells me last year that I had until 2018 on my warranty. So I was pretty surprised when I went back in for maintence they tried to have me pay some crazy amount. Sold us a 2011 BMW that, within 3 weeks, needed $4000 in repairs. We even left it at the dealership for an extra day after the purchase so they could do a maintenance inspection. They refuse to accept any responsibility for selling us a lemon. Will NEVER purchase a car from them again. Do not trust them! Go to BMW of Birmingham instead!! That is where our lemon of a car is now getting repaired since our daughter was stranded in the city and had to have the car towed there.

I purchased a vw passat here. I had the dealership send me photos of the Passat to make sure there was no body damage. They sent photos of lite scratches while the car had water all over it. I drove from Birmingham. Upon arrival, the car had to the metal paint wear by one door, two two-inch gashes on the rear bumper, and a few other scruffs including the wheels being curbed. Sold me a used car that they the sunroof did not work. Previous owner works there. I should have checked it before I left. I assumed it worked. My mistake. I told the girl that I bought it from and she informed me previous owner said he had it worked on before. Live and learn. I still think they should have made it right.
Terrible service last November. Service manager told me I was lucky to get my car back by 6:00 after having it for 10 hours to do a 6 hour repair job. Service manger was rude and unprofessional . I have not returned to Montgomery BMW - Dorsey Nelson!!!!
